Ostend has it's own airport, but has only flights from a limited number of travel destinations.
Easiest is to travel through Brussels airport, where you can take a direct train to Ostend.

Ostend is easy to reach by train as it has a busy train station.
From the train station, the city hall is only a 10 minute walk.
By car

If you come by car, you can park your car nearby the city hall or at the Zeeparking (paying) or at the parking at the Mercatorlaan (free, but quickly full)
